1. Service Overview

GlowFlow Leads ("we," "our," "the Service") provides automated lead generation, appointment booking, and patient engagement tools for med spas and aesthetic clinics ("Clinic," "you"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be a licensed med spa, aesthetic clinic, or authorized representative to use this Service. You represent that all information provided during signup is accurate.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice before your next billing cycle.
• Territory exclusivity is maintained for the duration of your active subscription.

4. Territory Exclusivity

Each coverage zone is assigned to one clinic at a time. If you cancel or your subscription lapses, your territory may be reassigned. We do not guarantee lead volume for any territory.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of healthcare regulations.
• Share login credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute Service data or software.
• Send unsolicited communications through the Service beyond its intended patient engagement features.

6. Data & Privacy

Lead and patient data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own HIPAA compliance obligations when handling patient information received through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your clinic admin portal or by contacting support. We may suspend access for violation of these terms with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
