• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

• Deliver lead generation and appointment booking services.
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and review requests on behalf of clinics.
• Generate performance reports and analytics for clinic owners.
• Improve and maintain the Service.
• Communicate service updates and billing information.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only:

• With the clinic associated with a booking or lead inquiry.
• With service providers who help us operate (email delivery, SMS, payment processing).

We retain clinic and lead data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Appointment and review data is retained for analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

GlowFlow Leads is a marketing and scheduling platform, not a covered entity under HIPAA. Clinics using the Service are responsible for their own HIPAA compliance when handling patient health information.
